We were promised this feature when we bought our system (2 years ago) and still do not have this feature. We understand that Cisco is looking at the Display IE filed and our Telco and any Telco in our area are sending it in the Facility IE field. What we want to do is get a list of people or companies that would like to have this feature as well, and any info about lost sales because this feature is not available.
