This looks like a possible corrupted image or the wrong image for the
device.

The error is the calculated checksum after the transfer doesn't match the
reported checksum:
1   4338960  igs-in-l_111-13a(1).bin  [invalid checksum]

The file has been corrupted either during the download from Cisco or while
reflashing the router. It you get the same error each time, try downloading
the file again. I have also seen similar issues before while tftp'ing the
file through a lan that uses ISL trunking.
