A, B, & C- D comes very close to making a true statement, but I doubt your layer 2 device cares much about IP addresses. I would say a,& d (assuming you meant to put "d" instead of the second "c") As Store & forward stores the whole frame before forwarding it for error checking .The last question is a trick as cut-through does not forward on the layer 3 dest address but the layer 2.
