RE: unbound traffic?
Guys, Its in-bound traffic - typo error since u & i are next to each other on the keyboard Rgds, Ramesh CCNA -Original Message- From: Ole Drews Jensen [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Saturday, 8 July 2000 1:33 AM To: 'Eric'; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: unbound traffic? Good point, The U key is the neighbor to the I key, and that would be a logical typo. Ole ~~ Ole Drews Jensen Systems Network Manager CCNA, MCSE, MCP+I RWR Enterprises, Inc. RE: unbound traffic?
Since the "u" and the "i" are next to one another on the keyboard I would image that "unbound" is a typo for "inbound". > -Original Message- > From: Eric [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Friday, July 07, 2000 9:18 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: unbound traffic? > > > Hi people, > > Just one quick question, while doing the test questions in > Advanced Cisco > Router Configuration I stumbled over a question which > included 'unbound' > traffic... what's the exact meaning of that? > > Context: > Consider the following access list: > access-list 12 permit 192.89.55.0 0.0.0.255 > > line vty 0 4 > access-class 12 in > > - ... > True or False: This access list controls unbound traffic. > > Cheers ! > > > > -- > Eric > Senior Network & Systems Engineer | http://www.online.be > Online Internet nv (a Cable & Wireless Company)| email: > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .| Tel : +32 > (0)9 244.11.11 > RIPE Handle: EL357-RIPE| Fax : +32 > (0)9 222.64.80 > > "It is not true that life is one damn thing after another -- it's one > damn thing over and over." > > ___ > UPDATED Posting Guidelines: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/guide.html > FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com > Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED] > ___ UPDATED Posting Guidelines: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/guide.html FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Re: unbound traffic?
I'm taking a guess and saying that it's a typo and it should read: "outbound traffic" Ciao, David Eric wrote: > > Hi people, > > Just one quick question, while doing the test questions in Advanced Cisco > Router Configuration I stumbled over a question which included 'unbound' > traffic... what's the exact meaning of that? > > Context: > Consider the following access list: > access-list 12 permit 192.89.55.0 0.0.0.255 > > line vty 0 4 > access-class 12 in > > - ... > True or False: This access list controls unbound traffic. > > Cheers ! > > -- > Eric > Senior Network & Systems Engineer | http://www.online.be > Online Internet nv (a Cable & Wireless Company)| email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .| Tel : +32 (0)9 244.11.11 > RIPE Handle: EL357-RIPE| Fax : +32 (0)9 222.64.80 > > "It is not true that life is one damn thing after another -- it's one > damn thing over and over." > > ___ > UPDATED Posting Guidelines: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/guide.html > FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com > Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ___ UPDATED Posting Guidelines: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/guide.html FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
