For 1001 it’s 1M IPv4 or IPv6 with 8/16GB RAM. Note 1001 is EoS.

1001-X has 1M for 8GB and 3.5M for 16GB (Table 8):

Ah, I suspect I mean both. RL came out first, from memory; I bought a
few for $job-1, given that their list cost was identical to an RSP440
and we certainly didn't need >220Gbit/sec per slot at the time, but it
dramatically improved the upgrade path.
