check the source ip/copp and try ftp becouse its large files that couse some
problems in tftp

BTW

I didnt find a way to configure source ip for ftp/tftp trafic like "ip ftp
source-interface " in IOS

Thank you for the tip.  I actually took your advice and try to upload the
new version 5.1(3)

but  I keep getting this crazy error: TFTP get operation failed:connection
timed out.

I can ping my TFTP server from the switch and i can ping the switch so i
know i have two way communication.  Have Anyone of you guys ran into this
situation or any other machine?

My first suspicion would be that these are in fact N7K-M132XP-12L 
cards (note the trailing "L"). The "L" version of this card is only 
supported from 5.1, I'd recommend 5.1(3).


Otherwise, I'd open a TAC case, as support for the non-L version is 
there from day 1.
