[cisco-voip] Cisco CUCM11.5 reviews

2017-04-19 Thread cisco.voip
All, has anyone gone with 11.5.1su2 yet? I am having nothing but
problems since upgrading from 10.5.2su4.
I se that they deferred 11.5.1, so I don't have alot of confidence that
11.5.1su2 is stable.
Let me know, thanks management is breaking my back on getting upgrade
for security reasoning.

Re: [cisco-voip] 9971 settings menu - Administrator settings option missing

2017-04-19 Thread Nathan Reeves
As a start, check to see whether Enterprise Phone Parameters, or the Device
itself has the Device Specific Option 'Settings Access' set to anything but
Enabled. I know configuring that option with disabled will remove the
option completely from the device menu's.

2017-04-19 Thread Gary Bates_Command Solutions
I have recently upgraded from CUCM 9.1 to 11.5. On my 9971 phones some of the
menu options have disappeared like the administrator settings

Can't locate where to re enable the display options

Any ideas?

Thanks

For Webex Meetings Servers there´s the Planning guide

Asunto: [cisco-voip] webex design or deployment guide?

For those of you using WebEx, have you found any sort of documentation with
respect to designing/deploying WebEx?

I know there not as much to design as there is with something like CallManager,
but I'm looking for something that describes what the features are rather than
just how to enable or disable them like the admin guide shows.

Best practices?

Just nothing out there.

I'd rather not deploy to a thousand people only to have to change things
because of some issues that could have been averted by decided appropriately
whether to enabled or disable a certain feature.

There's tonnes of kb articles, but no design guide.
