[cisco-voip] CTI Sample Source Code
I've been looking around for an example source code package that was released at some point by Cisco for Contact Centre Express CTI. Not been able to locate it anywhere but it would have possibly been in a zip called 'CRSCTISAMPLE.zip'. Posted a question/request on the Cisco Express CTI Space in hopes that someone there may respond but it's pretty dead in some parts of the discussion forums there. No response so far. Basically I'm just trying to get my head around calling SET_CALL_DATA_REQ and was hoping that sample code would give me some pointers. Working on an existing package which queries UCCX via CTI for collecting wallboard stats but looking at the option of extending the functionality.
