I'd agree on the codec. I'd also check the mid-call signalling settings

Anyone experience this issue. When A transfer the call to B mobile through
CUBE, B can see Mobile phone is ringing, But when he answered the call,
Call disconnect. Any idea ?

Any issues with regions/locations not having enough bandwidth?

Some Zoom orgs require encrypted audio/video so that could be another item
to check that a proper encrypted security profile is applied.
