[cisco-voip] Voice port stay in Clearback for E1 R2-digital signalling
Hi guys, I have a problem where my gateway can not interpret the end-of-call signaling sent by the service provider. In contact with the telco I was informed that at the end of the call, telco sends a clearback message to the gateway, but the gateway can not interpret this signaling and keeps the voice-port blocked and with time all the channels are blocked, remaining as workarround shutdown and no shutdown in the module e1 again. Has anyone ever had a similar situation? Below is the configuration of the e1 modules. [cisco-voip] Cisco uccx post call survey show duplicate data
I have two scripts on my uccx environment, the first is the IVR application and the second script is the post call survey. The problem is when agent transfering the call for post call survey script, the custom report show me duplicated data like show below. Hi Christine, I'm currently using Finesse with UCCX 10.6 and has been quite stable. The user interface is simple to be managed and allows customization is made with gadgtes (usually 3rd party gadgtes) https://developer.cisco.com/site/finesse/downloads/sample-gadgets/ In uccx it is quite simple to be implemented, simply activate the Finesse service via CLI, the UCCE it is installed on a server part and must be integrated with UCCE and CUCM. Does anyone know if there is any problem in using translation number with UCCX? For example, a costumer receives the last 4 digits of the operator and translates it into your gateway to a number of 3 digits using the num-exp, the setting he has is as follows: num-exp 1234 987 there is a dial-peer with destination- pattern 987 and session target on the gateway. I´m trying to use the screenpop Sample Gadget 10.5.1 in my environment but, when receiving a call, the screen of sample gadget is blank. My UCCX version is 10.6. Hi Tim, Yes, I did several tests with the screenpop Sample Gadget 10.5.1. I used a web server to store the files that use Finesse and up to this point everything works. The problem is that when I receive a call the screenpop not open the custom URL in javascript, the screen goes blank. The script UCCX is correct, the variable that I use to supplement the URL is being collected and sent to the Finesse. Someone had a similar problem with that? I'm currently using the 10.6 version of UCCX. For example, the user calls the hel desk and given the option: enter the number of your ticket. The user enters the information and after the call is routed to the agent, the agent receives the ticket number. How could it be done this setting? The problem is that the third-party PBX prompts the trunk sip is authenticated through username and password should I register on the CUCM. I Have a scenario created as follows: Cisco CUCM Cisco IM & P EXP- C EXP -E MCU 5520 Cisco TMS Cisco TCS Content Server All part of CUCM, IM & P, MCU and TMS this set up and working. So come reading of TCS documentation will need a VCS to register it as end point, but I do not have one in my scenario. Can anyone tell me if the same in version 6.1 of TCS using the VCS is mandatory? Is there any other form of register it as end point? I'm having problems with the IPMA software. When the assistant is offline calls are being forwarded directly to the manager , even when the filters on this and On the Divall is not selected.
