Success!

Turns out, firewall was blocking port 2748 (which is mnemonically called
ctiqbe).

Thanks again!

Hi Lelio,

You could download the JTAPI Test Tool
(https://developer.cisco.com/site/jtapi/downloads/) and try that, same idea as
using the TSP driver but possibly a bit easier to use.

Re: [cisco-voip] best way to confirm an application user's password

2018-01-23 Thread Pawlowski, Adam
One time we lost the app user password that was being used for API for CCX in
our lab.

I ended up using a cert to decrypt the connection, pointed CCX at myself, and
let it attempt to sign in. Then base64 decoded the password with wireshark.

Not great but it is doable if you get into that sort of scenario.

Access the screenshot of a phone.

A) You need to enable web access on a phone only if it's not already enabled
B) You need to associate the phone to the user as a controlled device
C) You do not need to modify the role in any way

Just go to http://http://%3cIP> of Phone>/CGI/Screenshot

And your browser will prompt you for User/Pass.
