The purpose of this position is to gather requirements to facilitate proper 
designs, return customer infrastructure to service, identify, test, and select

Position : QA Lead

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Length: 9-12 Months

Rate: $45+ expenses (Flight/Hotel/Meal Allowance)






Our client has asked us to provide a QA lead to work with the business side to 
develop test cases specific to most common ICD-10 scenarios/contracts and also 
model data/EDI feeds with the EDI team to generate ICD-10 formatted claims. 







Responsibilities:


• Development of Test Strategy o Approach and use of automated testing 
(including identification of vendor if needed) o Strategy for performance/load 
testing (including identification of vendor if needed) o Test Strategy for iCES 
upgrade o Overall test strategy for Facets 5.01 upgrade 

• Development of detailed test plans for regression, parallel and user 
acceptance testing.

• Manage execution of detailed test plans and tasks across multiple business 
departments.

• Development of process to track and manage completion of testing (using 
Rally).

• Facilitate the preparation of detailed test cases with project team members. 
Ensures that the testers have documented test cases/scenarios, expected, and 
actual testing results per client change control standards.

• Development of metrics to report on the status of testing. 

• Track and lead resolution of detailed testing issues. 

• Identify and work with PM to manage testing risks. 

• Global understanding of supported systems, environments, data models, data 
flows, Facets on-line and batches, replication, GDS incremental, interfaces 
into supported systems (e.g. Lawson) to manage testing dependencies. 

• Coordinates timing of batches, interfaces, and extracts across multiple 
business areas and technical teams to support internal and external testing. 

• Ensures business sign-off of test tracking documents prior to implementation 
of a product.

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) application expert – I have an immediate need 
for this position.


-This position will be part of our Information and Access Management (IAM) 
group.



-Must have 3+ years OID application expertise.



-Must have OID – WebLogic expertise.



-Mush have experience patching and performing version upgrades.



-Ability to tune, troubleshoot, recommend solutions, and fully support OID.



-Highly desire someone who has implemented OID with CA Siteminder and/or CA IDM 
(identity manager).



-OVD (Oracle Virtual Directory) experience a plus, but not required.



-Overall we need someone who has extensive hands on experience with OID 
application (not the DB side).   If person has DB and app experience that is a 
bonus, but we have DBA and are looking for the application expertise.

Replatforming / Upgrade project.

  Work Location: Horsham, PA


  The Oracle Developer / DBA is responsible for:

  The focus will be on a large replatforming/upgrade project. The 
application is being upgraded from Oracle10g single-node implementation to 11G 
RAC, as well as being moved to new infrastructure and changing platforms from 
SOLARIS to Linux. 

  Skills:

  10+ years Oracle experience, including knowledge of Oracle processing and 
architecture 
  10+ years in SQL and PL/SQL development 
  5+ years in Unix shell scripting
  Five or more years of experience implementing Oracle in a Unix environment
  Performance tuning and analysis of database processing activity
  Experience with SQL performance tuning and establishing a proactive

  Responsibilities: 

  Responsibilities include design/development of complex application

  Lead the analysis of existing Oracle processes.
  Develop recommendations for re-architecting processes in support of a 
larger database migration effort

  Fully document all analysis, recommendations, processes, test procedures, 
code and test results
  Support all phases of the software development lifecycle
