3 + years of workday experience working on workday integrations platform
with three successful implementation full cycles. Ongoing third
implementation in  the current company. Converting, Mapping and Integrating
with various HR systems and developing interfaces in an ERP environment.
Strong experience on Custom and standard reports, Calculated fields, EIB,
Cloud Connect, Packaged Integrations, Transformations using  XML/XSLT, DT
and Workday Studios.
 Served as a Subject Matter Expert in the area’s of EIB (Enterprise
Interface Builder), RaaS reports using Workday Report Writer and Document
Transformation
Good experience in implementing Cloud Connects and custom Workday
integration development using Workday Studio and well versed with Workday
web services.
Good functional background in the areas of HCM, Benefits, Onboarding and
Recruiting and Payroll.

· Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) system(s) experience
developing/configuring HR applications mainly in Recruiting and Hiring.


Designed, built and tested different types of Benefits and Payroll
integrations
Experienced in 2 complete implementations cycles so far that includes Cloud
Connecters, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), DT, Transformations, and
Studio Transformations. (Design- Build-Test-Deploy- Production Support)
Designed Technical Design Documents (TDD’s) and Build package Documents
like run books, Unit testing  templates and Integration transition
documents.
Maintenance and creation of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Locations,
Positions, Cost centers, Cost Center hierarchies.
Experience of operating in both Waterfall/SDLC and Agile/Iterative
development methodologies.
Involved in GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, Cost benefit analysis and
Feasibility Analysis
Excellent Team player, Result-oriented and Fast learner

•  15 plus year’s IT and HR background, Recruiting, Talent and
Performance, Onboarding, Benefits and Payroll. Around Three (3) years of
Workday Core HR/ HCM/Compensation/Payroll/Benefits/Talent/Performance
Management experience, which include one full life cycle project
implementation and production support experience. Hands on experience in
Using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), Core Connectors Workday
Calculated Fields and Custom Reports, PICOF and DT(Document
Transformations) and  minimal Workday Studio

•  Configured business processes  for Workday Core, Benefits,
Talent Management, Time

Tracking, Absence and Leave.

•  Designed and configured Workday Business Process for Job change,
Propose Compensation, Termination etc.… Well versed with multiple
configuration options in staffing, compensation, benefit events, time
