 I am in need  Android developer.  The application they will develop will
be native and will interface with our web services to deliver our digital
learning materials through tablet devices.  The person will need to
demonstrate one or more existing applications they were instrumental in
building.
Another important aspect about this candidate is they need to have good
soft skills.  The resource needs to be able to take direction, ask
questions and then deliver.  While we will have senior level people to
answer domain specific questions, we do not have enough people to teach how
to develop android applications on the job.
