*Primary Projects: *
1. *Data Warehouse for Human Capital Insights* – assist with
requirements, data flow diagrams, designs, testing, etc.
2. *Benefits Vendor Change to Aon Hewitt for Retirement Plan
Administration* – participate on project team to document integration
requirements and document the design of data integrations from HCM system
to the new vendor; assist with data conversion questions/issues; generally
represent IT function on the overall project
*Skills Needed: *
- Facilitate business requirements discussions
- Document business requirements and process flows
- Translate requirements into design documentation
- *Ability to design and test integrations (to/from Workday) *
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- *Workday and/or other HCM system *
- *Benefits business processes *
- *Understanding of Human Capital Analytics concepts *
- Quality Center testing application
*Job Duties:*
- *Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements*
- Facilitates workshops and process models
- Perform as a Team Leader when necessary
- Performs cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and ROI (return on
investments)
- Possesses technical background in required applications and tools
- Produces data and process models
