*Responsibilities*

·         Recruiter will support our company’s efforts to place bench
candidates for multiple clients

·         Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate
rates

·         Provide technical analysis and assessments as needed.

·         Utilize best practices to effectively manage customer
deliverables and resources;

·         Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market
intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.

*Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager (2 Positions)*

*Requirements*

·         Minimum 5+ years of experience.

·         Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

·         Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced
environment.

·         Strong communication and inter personal skills.

·         Position is for night shift only (Work Timings 06:30pm to
03:30am) Mon - Fri. We have very attractive incentive plan which is one of
the best in this industry.

*Responsibilities*

·         Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining
existing clients to enhance business relations.

·         Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients
through cold calling.

·         Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the
suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location
preferences from the available pool of resources.

·         Negotiate the rates with the clients and candidates.

·         Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the
client which is required for making an end client submission.

·         Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.

·         Orient the candidates.

*Requirements*

·         Professional with 4+years of experience in Human Resource
Management

·         Working experience on US Client Contracts

·         Experience in handling Accounts Receivable

·         Experience in Consultant Relationship Management

·         Internal Staff Hiring for Indian Office

·         Experienced with Quick Books and updating the consultant
information.

*Responsibilities*

·         Proficient in Employee Engagement Activities, Salary negotiation,
Training & Development, Handling Early Warning System, Corrective Action,
Employee Grievances redressal, Payroll Management/ Query Resolution –
Helping the agents deal with payroll related queries and problems.

·         Orientation and On boarding, Joining & Exit Formalities, People
Management and Team, Creation of Employee ID cards with vendors.

·         Quick Books and updating the consultant information.

·         Communication to all internal Departments about new Joinees with
regards to creating their E-Mail ids , Business Cards , Internal
Organizational Announcements. etc.

·         Tracking confirmations and Promotions for all Employees including
Annual appraisals. (Emails and Excel sheet), forwarding New Joiners feed
every fortnight to payroll team.

·         Maintain the consultant details along coordinating them for the
time sheets.

·         In charge for maintaining Headcount Summary of database on
monthly basis by sending it to Finance for billing. (Excel sheet, Physical
files and softcopy of the documents)

·         Responsible for Handling C&B Database for all Bands across.
