Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of business systems analysis & working directly with users
identifying and documenting reporting requirements
7+ plus years of experience working with data and analyzing data
Experience in a data warehousing & business intelligence environment
Good know-how connecting structured and unstructured data
Know-how of common ETL techniques for data integration and transformation •
SQL data manipulation experience
Strong knowledge of RDBMS’s like Sybase, MS SQL Server and Oracle
Flexible and Comfortable with uncertainty in requirements etc. in a fast
paced, rapidly changing environment
Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM, XP, Kanban) environment/team
focusing on sprint by sprint deliveries
SQL – 5+ years minimum
Experience with Rally Software Agile suite for Release, Iteration, Backlog
grooming, User Story creation and Test Planning
Preference given to candidates with the following experience
Experience with Fixed Income applications and/or trade order management
systems
Experience with testing of .NET applications
Database Design
SCRUM Master certification
