products:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) aka Cisco Call Manager

Cisco Unity Connection

Cisco Unity

Cisco Gatekeepers

Voice Gateways

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CUCCX)



CUCM experience is mandatory. Others are nice to have.



Experience in Avaya/Nortel or any other legacy PBX will not help. I would
suggest to refine your search with these details.

• Should have good knowledge on Voice Protocols

• Hand on configuration and should have good working knowledge on ISDN
