The successful candidate for this position should meet the following:
1.Backend C#

programming. Write C# programs to manipulate backend SQL database.

2.Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). Must be able to

demonstrate knowledge of WCF architecture and configuration. 3.Microsoft SQL

Server 2012 or later. Must be fluent in basic SQL and stored procedures

4.Knowledgeable of SOA design principles and performance testing
5.Experience

with ESRI Arc Objects and Spatial SQL a plus.
