*SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator* *Location: Ft. Worth, TX* *Duration: 9-12 months* *Phone then F2F(f2f Mandatory) Can pay for F2F * Job Description: · Serve as the technical subject matter expert, providing specific expertise in the areas of system functionality, system features, report generation, data integrity and data analysis. · Function as technical escalation point for the other talent system administrators by providing guidance and support for development and maintenance of user functionality and reporting · Design, monitor and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and quarterly releases for modules · Creates and publish dashboards and metrics · Collaborate with other site administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes and develop system knowledge · Lead process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization. · Develop and write quality assurance tests and participate in their execution · Manage day-to-day operations, annual talent cycles, special projects · Consultant to the COE tower with a forward-thinking, analytical approach to looking at future release functionality · Deep system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc. · Ensure consistent processes across solution · Manage implementation of new products, new process and requirements · Manage release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan · Manage thorough testing of system changes in Test and Production environments · Manage administration and configuration associated with new releases · Lead organizational communication & change management efforts · Coordinate creation and delivery of training for end users (Documentation/Training materials) · Manage integrations, both functional and technical, to 3rd party vendor solutions *Qualifications* · Minimum 3 years’+ experience with technical design and configuration of Talent Management Systems, SuccessFactors highly preferred · SuccessFactors Implementation experience with any of the following: Learning, Performance, Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding highly preferred · Advanced administrator skills with SuccessFactors Talent Management Systems · Effective teamwork and project leadership skills with proven project management experience · Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve complex scenarios and the ability to identify the root causes and recommend corrective and preventative actions · Strong interest in and experience in HR technology · Extremely high level of software aptitude with the ability to utilize functionality of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and other various technology applications. · Previous history of developing and leading systems training is preferred · Excellent time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity · Desire to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems · Autonomous contributor who is both a self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision · Experience in development of functional design specifications for business application Thanks Nikhil Prasad nik...@apetan.com 201-620-9700*130 Apetan Consulting LLC -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
