Responsibilities:

* Write beautiful high-quality, high-performance, maintainable
JavaScript/CSS/Html code* Collaborate with Product Managers and UX
Designers to create responsive, mobile first UI* Test your code code using
Test Drive Development, writing both unit and functional tests* Implement,
deploy, learn, iterate on new features and experiences in fast cyles*
Contribute to design and code reviews; identify best practices for
front-end engineering

* Expert knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS)
* Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
* Experience with current JavaScript libraries, such as Backbone, Ember,
Knockout; Dust, Underscore, Handlebars
* Experience with REST and service-based architectures.
* Exposure to mobile web development, touch interfaces and responsive
design

* Strong foundation of object oriented programming.
* Strong communication skills; attention to detail and discipline
* Experience with Node.js a plus

Project: We are  looking for someone to join their front end team to work
on the Event page team.


Day to day activity:
The contractor would be responsible for implementation and enhancement of
features the team works on.

Preferred industry background:
Prefer e-commerce, but this is not a hard requirement.
