JOB DESCRIPTION: The IT Program Lead at Lennox is responsible for all project phases of development to delivery business process and system capabilities. The Program Lead is responsible for working with the business to create process and system capability roadmaps, and charting the systems strategy for the process area. The Supply Chain and Manufacturing Systems team works across the company in support of the Sourcing, Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Materials Management and Manufacturing process areas. The team is also responsible for supporting supplier and material quality initiatives, enterprise master data and governance, factory plant maintenance requirements. Interfaces to the Financial Systems team, Planning and Logistics team, and Shop Floor Controls team are lead from this functional area to ensure a seamless process support model for the business. The IT Program Lead in this team leads project teams in delivering systems and process changes but also operates as a member of teams and is responsible for hands configuration and knowledge of the systems used to support the processes in the functional area. This IT Program Lead will prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be designed, blueprint business processes with the business, test and debug issues, support the business after Go-Live through handoff to the support team.
