Required Skills: Strong Cisco background. Cisco certifications are recommended. Experience on Cisco router/switch configurations and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN environment and experience working with LAN/WAN technologies Knowledge of WAN communications mediums including: Frame-relay, ISDN, HDLC, SONET, MPLS Experience with CUCM Experience with voice call routing in a VOIP environment Understanding of TDM voice environments and their connectivity to an IP Voice environment Understanding of UCCE implementations Ability to troubleshoot CVP routing and scripting Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with adjunct connections to the ICM PGs Fundamental understanding of the use of CTI applications in call center environments and the impacts these systems have on call flows.
