Position : Hadoop Architect
Location : Wilmington, DE
Location : 18-24 Months

Please send me a Hadoop Architect, a person that can describe the methods
for ingesting data from many systems and environments into Hadoop, my
client definitely needs that skill.  What was missing with many people
reviewed is in the area of leveraging the Hadoop platform in a useful way.
We really need to bring in someone that has experience not only in the
design for ingestion but that has experience in the delivery and execution
of the analytics from Hadoop.

• Key deliverable will be a technology blueprint for emerging big data
platform of Hadoop and Cloudera

• Lead decision making on core enabling components of this architecture
e.g. Impala, Scoop

• Maybe even test decision on Cloudera vs. Horton Works

• Be able to defend this plan at an enterprise level with other AZ IT
functions



Needs to have experience as a solutions architect in an enterprise setting
with Hadoop

Not a developer but someone that can help steer big data strategy based on
experience doing this for a large enterprise.



Nice to have experience with Cloudera versus Hortonworks

Nice to have pharma experience
