*Title : Clinical Analyst (CPOE) Location : Franklin, TN Duration : 6+ Months Contract* Short Description: *CPOE/ EBOS Clinical Analyst* Complete Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Works independently to assist management in coordinating application analysts in the development, implementation, training and maintenance activities of information systems. Devises or modifies systems and procedures to solve complex problems and produce specified results. Has full knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis, development, deployment and support. Also has duties instructing, directing, and validating systems and application analysts. Responsible for quality assurance review. Acts as project leader. Ensures projects tasks are completed on time. Competent to work at the highest level in all phases of application system analysis and development. Complies with Corporate and department policies and procedures. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in computer information systems and/or specialized knowledge of the healthcare industry. *EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specific experience with McKesson, Keane, or HMS CPOE, Zynx EBOS, and Horizon Enterprise Visibility is desired.* *Five years experience in large application systems programming and/or systems analysis, with experience in coordinating work projects and demonstrated proven ability and performance. * JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have proven analytical and technical skills to be able to devise new and adapt existing methods, techniques, and procedures to meet specific requirements. Must be able to establish and support standards appropriate for areas of responsibility. Excellent customer service skills, verbal, written, and listening skills are required.
