Job Description: Summary of Responsibilities Under minimal supervision, leads the work of other ETL Developers on medium to large-scale data integration projects. Designs and develops data integration components that support project and enterprise level data strategies. Oversee the technical activities of other Data Integration developers. Work closely with Data Analyst and Data Modelers to develop enterprise data integration solutions that promote reusability and standardization. Reviews code and technical designs of other ETL developers. Create a robust, sustainable data integration architecture that supports our customers. Candidate may work out of West Bend, Waukesha or our Middleton offices. Preferred Experience and Skills Five years experience as an ETL Developer using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange (current version 9.x) Experience leading and developing medium to large scale Operational and Decision Support based Data Integration projects including Real-Time and Webservice based initiatives Expert knowledge of SQL with relational databases (SQL Server, DB2) Knowledge of Mainframe concepts including TSO, VSAM, COBOL and JCL Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling Knowledge of various Data Warehouse Architectures Experience building and operating a data warehouse Master Data Management experience Metadata Management experience Knowledge of Data Profiling and Data Quality concepts and techniques Experience with Business Objects Insurance business domain experience *HARRY WILSON | * IT Technical Recruiter *CAT Technology Inc.
