The Senior Business Systems Analysis is an experienced business
analysis professional
with the ability to work independently or on a project team on complex and
large projects. Very strong analytic skills, critical thinking and excellent
communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary. Ability to
successfully work with business, application development and architect
stakeholders is essential. Must have a strong knowledge of
requirements elicitation,
requirements definition, requirements writing, requirements types.
Human Resources Training and Development Employee Resources *Managing
Others *Health and Sety
Skills: Must have strong skills with *Irise* and process analysis using
business process modeling notation *(BPMN).* Must be proficient in MS
Office suite
(Word, Excel) and experience using Visio. Must be self-motivated,
ability to work
independently and organizational skills. Ability to identify and manage
issues and risks and collaborate with project stakeholders. Experience with
Jama or Rally a plus.
