*MDM Senior Developer/Analyst with IBM MDM Initiate Product set:*

*CANDIDATES WILL BE EVALUATED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:*

*Required Skills*

· 2-5 years’ experience with IBM Initiate (MDM) product set

· Knowledge on probabilistic matching engine functionality and
algorithm tuning

· Experience with developing and tuning matching process

· Versed in the following data domains: Master Data, Operational
Data, Analytical Data, Unstructured Data, and Metadata

· Experience in defining Data Governance/Standardization, Master
Data Process Design, High Level and Low Level MDM Architecture and the
Implementation Roadmap

· Must have strong communication skill

· Must have strong client interaction skill

· Review deliverable quality and compliance with requirements

· Analyzes and defines detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows,
and dependencies

· Produces detailed MDM design specifications consistent with the
high-level MDM design specifications

· Develops MDM solution meeting technical specifications and
business requirements according to the established designs

· Conducts MDM unit tests and code reviews
