Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building,
and negotiating skills.

Must be capable of translating business plans and requirements into
information systems concepts and produce and update supporting
documentation.

Work experience and understanding of software lifecycle methodologies,
thorough knowledge of the software specification process and software
development processes, and software architecture.

Work experience and knowledge in defining and modeling functional business
requirements using Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Work experience in writing simple SQL queries and knowledge of relational
databases.

Experience with Agile/Scrum projects and creating and maintaining product
backlog.

Work experience in system testing which includes the development of test
