Title: Synon Technical Lead Location: Austin,TX Duration: 3+ Months *Responsibilities:* - Provide detailed technical knowledge, insight and guidance on the performance, functionality and technical features of the Client's highly customized RxClaim applications to development teams. - Evaluate and advise on custom development specifications and serve as a technical liaison for The Client's staff to ensure customizations interoperate correctly with systems and product functionality. - Support the development of RxClaim environments and the execution of RxClaim activities as requested - Liaison to other development staff for information and guidance on the technical integration - Review and provide feedback on business requirements and related project deliverables for requested Customer development initiatives requiring enhancements - Review and develop detailed technical specifications for custom service enhancements and obtain review and approval from the appropriate parties - Solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, systems performance and desired results. - Review and test service enhancements under the direction and guidance of Team Manager. - Assist in the execution and validation of tests and output - Maintain detailed and accurate status reporting to the Team Manager - Serve as key technical expert for IT staff - Participate in strategic planning and system design for product redesigns and major product enhancements - Effectively delegate work to team members; challenge team members to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor. *Qualifications:* - Demonstrated experience developing detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) with accurate work estimation and successful project delivery. - Demonstrated ability to independently develop and drive technical solutions from high level business goals using a view based architectural approach such as Kruchten’s 4+1 View Model. - Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years PBM industry experience preferred. - RxClaim Application Experience a PLUS - Leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Must Understand SDLC - Thorough understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to projects and system performance and operation. - Effectively communicates with all levels of management and staff. - Experience with IBM Series 1 - Synon (Version??) - Native RPG Thanks Regards, Vinay -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups Citrix and Sap problems group.
