Please send resumes to *saurabh.sha...@tech-pro.com* saurabh.sha...@tech-pro.com along with following details: Hourly Rate on C2C : Visa Status : Phone : Email: Current location : __ *Here is the Job Description :* *Role* : Peoplesoft Functional Consultant *Duration* : Long Term * Location* : St Paul*, *Minnesota 55121 - The State of Minnesota is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional consultant. - The State is currently executing a project to upgrade to Oracle PeopleSoft HCM HRMS 9.2. - Additionally, the state is installing Recruiting Solutions 9.2 in parallel to the HRMS 9.2 upgrade. - The State has a need to augment business staff resources by supplementing the state staff with a business analyst experienced in the set-up and implementation of Recruiting Solutions to assist the State in table set up, business choices, testing, user readiness, and documentation. - The deliverables for the PeopleSoft Functional Consultant will mainly consist of, but are not limited to: Complete analysis tasks as assigned by Business Team leads. Conduct a fit/gap analysis that identifies options and documented solutions between the State s business needs and Oracle/PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions 9.2. - Complete unit, system, and/or or parallel testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements. Complete ad hoc queries as directed by Business Team leads.
