We have an urgent need for a *Oracle R12 Tester *for one of our
clients *Sunnyvale,

*Title: *Oracle R12 Tester

*Location: *Sunnyvale, CA

*Duration: *12+ Months



*Req Details:*

*Experience :* 8 +  years

• Strong Functional knowledge of Oracle Application R12
Quote-to-Cash flow, especially Quoting

• Strong Knowledge of Oracle SQL

• Need solid understanding of Quality Assurance and testing
best practices and methodologies especially in Oracle Applications

• More than 6 years of testing experience preparing and
executing functional and regressing testing, utilizing a Waterfall
development methodology with Oracle Applications as specialization

• Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with
remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and
proactively solve problems

• Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of
business users, technical teams, and management across the organization

• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively
with staff at all levels of the organization, including internal and
cross-departmental teams, consistently displaying a high level of
professionalism

• Willingness to work non-standard hours (ie: periodic evenings
to work with off-shore teams) and occasional weekends

• Ability to work independently

• Knowledge and experience of Automation testing is an added
advantage



*Other Important Expectations of Candidate:*

• Applicant should be able to clearly explain key concepts of
Waterfall SDLC activities

• Knowledge of Functional and Regression Testing -- candidate
will be responsible for performing these activities so should be able to
clearly explain the differences between the two types of testing

• Excellent communication skills: as mentioned above, candidate
should be able to “…clearly explain…” as this is a leadership role where
effective communication will play a crucial role
