Mandatory Requirements
**Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements as
contained in the RFP will not be considered for further evaluation:
*Bachelor’s degree.
*A minimum of 4 years project management experience in utilizing a project
management methodology in an information technology environment.
*3 years of additional experience working on Information Technology projects
with supervisory responsibility of at least one component of a
system development lifecycle.
*2 years of experience in a manager role on a complex Information Technology
project.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
*Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.
*Be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
*3 or more years experience in change management planning and implementing
change on large scale IT projects.
*5 or more years experience with customer interface activities, conducting
Joint Application Development Sessions, documenting requirements
and business process reviews, managing and tracking projects using Microsoft
Office Suite particularly MS Project and Excel.
*5 or more years managing, analyzing, and designing applications that use
.Net technology and relational databases such as Oracle. Experience with
Financial Systems and Vendor Management Systems in a Human Services
environment comparable to NYS-OCFS is preferred.
*3 or more years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining
interfaces between a government agency Financial Management Systems and a
Centralized Accounting Systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft.
