****IMMEDIATE NEED A CONSULATANT ****
Responsibilities Include:
Day to day project management and coordination between the Video Business
Unit, Care, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Marketing and Field teams
to support migration initiatives
Participation in the planning and execution of tactics needed to assure
market readiness
Support the development and communication of on-going product and equipment
guidance
–Includes hosting bi-weekly field calls and documenting product
rules/processes Work with management to address equipment deficiencies
in migration markets and evaluate new CPE proposals
Coordination of end to end CPE deployment
Work with various functional teams to facilitate key work streams including
preparation of order entry, care and sales support documentation (M&Ps, Job
Aids, FAQs, LOQs, etc.)
Standardize reporting to track migration metrics across the Comcast
footprint
Day to day blocking and tackling of field issues associated with reclamation
projects
Other responsibilities as assigned
*Candidates must have:*
*Minimum 5+ years cable or related industry experience required with a focus
on video *
*Proven project management experience *
*Ability to manage process in a dynamic, changing environment*
*A fundamental understanding of cable operations a plus*
