*QA Lead With SQL Queries* Providence, RI 6+months Contract Rate :*$48/hr* *Required Skills: *A minimum of 8 years experience building test plans, strategy and test cases. Experience testing Web applications. Experience mapping business priorities and requirements into appropriate test strategy and test cases. Experience in applying structured testing methodologies. An understanding of Web development architecture and operations. Strong SQL Query experience is a must. Preferably MS SQL Server. 3+ years leading QA projects. Independently plan, test, and report the results of manual and automated functional testing. Develop accurate estimates of time and effort required to test complex business systems, including component/assembly testing, integration testing, system testing, security and control testing, online help and user interface testing, conversion testing and regression testing. Produce the necessary work plans to accomplish the required testing in a complex multi-platform web environment. Track development of project artifacts necessary for Quality Assurance throughout the project. Ensure that projects adhere to methodology and standard practices; Develop and track quality metrics for projects in process. Schedule and manage defect triage meetings. Escalate development and testing issues to the appropriate management team.
