The job progression identifies responsibilities ranging from assisting, formulating and defining systems scope and objectives to self-directed activities that client’s long term improvements in business processes • Responsible for the functional design and architecture of application systems across all technologies and platforms • Translates user requirements to process and data requirements. • Converts specifications about business problems into sequence of detailed programming instructions to solve business problems through automation support. • Designs application's technical infrastructure, such as specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches. • Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic across all platforms. • Provides broad understanding of platforms and applications across all technologies Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, uses cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis. - Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by technical team, including offshore developers. - Able to comprehend/use Logical Information models and data models. - Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Effectively facilitate meetings with diverse/strong stakeholders. Self-starter, keeps on task and delivers timely results. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner both orally and in writing.
