That’s right, our client was recently given that distinction! - Company offers a collaborative and collegial work environment. - Employees are given a “voice” at the table, and there is opportunity to work on cutting-edge programs and projects! *What You Will Do* - Develop a thorough understanding of all business processes and supporting computer applications. - Provide analyses and identify/document requirements in support of the business area’s project activities. - Develop a deep understanding of the existing business processes and cross department interactions. - Work with business leads and SMEs to document current state and the challenges that exist within the operational infrastructure, including identifying business and technical gaps. - Act as primary point of contact to clarify business requirements, resolve issues, and make recommendations, as needed. - Lead the design, development, and documentation of new processes to support changes in products and services. - Prepare for, lead and/or participate in Agile/Scrum development sessions, as required. - Create comprehensive future state documentation of business processes. - Elicit and document business requirements and visual models. - Work with Salesforce.com (service cloud) as an administrator, create reports, and make small modifications to structured notes and fields. - Participate in vendor selection/evaluation (where applicable), including preparing RFI/RFP deliverables, coordinating demonstrations/feedback, and preparing resulting documentation. - Support user acceptance testing via test planning and developing and executing test scenarios and/or test scripts. - Support user training and rollout as necessary to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solution. - Review and approve functional design definitions such as Application Requirements (AR) deliverables to ensure business requirements are being met. *What Gets You the Job?* - Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university (or equivalent experience) - 6+ years of full lifecycle business analysis experience, including working independently on large, complex projects that deliver or enhance production software systems - Experience analyzing complex business system requirements in a wide range of functional areas with the ability to work with others to develop solutions - Able to independently coordinate many diverse and complex activities to accomplish a goal - Ability to develop new formats as needed, for presenting data to drive understanding and decision making - A thorough understanding and experience with AGILE/Scrum development methodology - Salesforce.com certified, with experience implementing small configuration changes and proficient in creating reports and dashboards - Specialized education in tools & techniques of business process analysis, re-engineering, business systems analysis, or quality assurance - Experience working in a project team environment Previous history working with staffing models Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *may...@teknavigators.com* <may...@teknavigators.com> *TekNavigators LLC* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
