· Review lawsuits and customer complaints

· Draft New Matter memos and closing memos

· Access company document management systems to gather company
records for complaint handling and for discovery

· Update litigation tracking system

· Review petitions for court orders to transfer payments under
structured settlement annuity contracts;

· Contact IAD client to determine whether payments to be purchased
are available;

· Draft correspondence to factoring companies informing them whether
payments available or not.

· Process court orders in a timely manner Draft new matter
