*Duration: LONG TERM 3-5 YEAR CONTRACT* *Phone and F2F (Candidate Must Do An In-Person Interview) Manager wants locals, must be from Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio* Qualifications and Education Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience coding in .NET environment with emphasis on C# and SQL Server * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Relevant job experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree. * Ability to communicate effectively within the team to ensure current organization standards and procedures are met. * Ability to lead multiple projects in as part of services and operations team. * Strong Release planning and management skills. * Strong Data analysis, Object oriented fundamentals, domain design and development experience. * Client-facing expertise is required. * Experience in the Agile methodology is preferred but not required. * Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills are required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong conceptualization, analytical, and logic skills * Experience working within a distributed team environment is preferred. * Must excel at working with peers within a team environment. * Must excel at identifying, analyzing and resolving issues or concerns in a timely fashion. * Must enjoy working in an environment where the customer expectations drive high pressure and high visibility to the support role.
