  seeking a Senior Systems Programmer/Analyst to modify and improve a case
management application for our client in Brooklyn, NY. This is a multi-year
contract opportunity.

*Tasks & Duties*

· Develop system design specification.

· Develop and prepare document for the general design of solutions
that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of
alternative approaches.

· Develop specifications for databases, communication systems,
hardware, network, security, storage and software configurations.

· Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases,
communication systems, computer or storage area networks, security or
network programs.

· Develop, compile, maintain and document configurations of the
following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitor
systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and communication systems.

· Develop system documentation.

· Develop operational and installation procedures for communication
systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.

· Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational
procedures for the support of databases, hardware systems, operating
systems software, network systems software, security and client server
systems.

· Develop detailed systems operations designs.

· Perform System Design/Coding.

· Work with MIS staff (e.g. managers, senior programmers, support
staff, product manager) to plan program code implementation, enhancements
and changes.

· Create, test and maintain program code.

· Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms.

· Provide assistance to MIS technical support staff when they are
unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves.

· Occasionally contact customers as needed to clarify the intent of
a new feature or resolve a problem.

· Provide general programming assistance to other MIS
programmers/projects as needed.

· Perform Testing/Evaluation.

· Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules.

· Develop, implement, and monitor information technology quality
assurance standards.

· Create, test, and maintain test case procedures and documentation.

*Requirements:*

*· Minimum 8 Years Experience with writing application software,
data analysis, data access. *

*· Minimum 8 Years Experience with data structures, data
manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation. *

*· Minimum 8 Years Experience writing and reading technical and
user documentation. *

*· Minimum 8 Years Exposure to Microsoft .Net development
environment including web, internet and intranet applications and WCF,
JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax and SharePoint 2010 or above. *

*· **Minimum 8 Years Experience of creating and following
programming specifications, flowcharts and other system design documents as
a guide to implementing software solutions.*

We are seeking a Sr. Microsoft full stack developer - strong experience
required in *C#.NET* in both *ASP* and *MVC* environments, with solid *SQL
Server* development experience to include *T-SQL* and Query Optimization.
We also require proven experience developing restful API's.

This role works as part of an internal tools development team, and this
role focuses on developing network and telephony integration applications,
and will work with an experienced software development team and
Cisco certified (CCIE) engineers to integrate voice, presence, video, and
data services on a wide range of network devices and applications.

Successful candidates must be willing and able to work with a wide variety
of languages, technology stacks, and frameworks including *C#, .NET MVC,
AngularJS, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery, SQL Server*, and others.
