Plusses

-Database monitoring tools experience (e.g. Imperva, Oracle Vault,
ArcSight, Qradar, Guardian, AppSec, etc)
-Recent hands-on experience with Database Security, Database Activity
Monitoring and solutions.
-Experience navigating through DAM software/tools
-Experience with Audit Compliance and Security projects as it pertains to
database security.
- Experience with Oracle Vault/Oracle Identity Manager/Oracle Active
Directory Integration

We need an experienced Perl (on Windows) Developer to help us retrofit our
current OPM application (running on a Windows 2003 server) to the latest
version of Perl running on a Windows 2008 server.

The resource should have the skills to analyze the existing code and then
determine the changes necessary to make it work in the new environment. OPM
also uses PHP/FastCGI which is independent of Perl from what I understand
but if the resource had PHP skills that would be valuable (this is not
required).
