*Job Description:*



· Completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS,
Engineering, Business Administration or related field from an Accredited
College or University AND

· Extensive experience in large-scale application architecture,
design, and development using major tools such as ASP.NET/Windows.Net.

· 4+ years of design concepts -- Layered architecture, components,
interfaces, messaging

· 4 + years  of application modeling using UML, specifically using
Class, Interaction, Sequence, Activity, and State Diagrams, and of
documenting deployment using Deployment Diagrams

· 6 +years computer programming and analysis experience at a level
equivalent to an ISATL which included using Web Services, XML, SOAP, object
persistence methodologies and application integration.

· 6 +years experience with full project lifecycle experience in
implementing web based systems

· 6+ years of experience in troubleshooting, self-motivated and
driven professional, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to
exercise good judgment to keep critical systems operational

· 6+ years of object oriented conceptual expertise -- classes,
inheritance, encapsulation, and the tools used in their definition (UML,
Use Cases)

· 6 +years of database/Data Access -- RDBMS(Oracle, DB2, SQL),
tables, triggers, logical and physical modeling, access strategies and
tools, concurrency models

· Extremely strong fundamentals and analytical abilities

· 6 +years experience using the following technologies: .Net,
ASP.Net, or Java, Visual Basic C#, MS SQL Server 2000 in implementing web
based systems.

· Extensive background in the .Net Framework with emphasis on
version 2.0 - 3.5

*Title: Sr. Net Application Developer*

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Develops, integrates, and designs new application systems and life-cycle
enhancements to existing multiplatform system.

• Analyzes the potential risk of technical or design changes to the
continued efficient operation of the system.

• Provide long term and short term planning, analysis, design, code
development, maintenance and enhancements

• Analyzes business processes in order to develop functional technical
requirements.

• Develops and maintains test standards relevant to the development life
cycle and change management processes and ensures staff meets those
standards.



*Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*



• At least 6+ years on Microsoft .NET platform - ASP.Net, AJAX,
JSON, JQuery, HTML5, WCF, WF, (.Net Framework versions 4.0/3.5/3.0), Web
Services, SOAP, Rest Services.

• Strong experience developing web services in the .NET
environment, Service Oriented Architecture, and multi-tier software design
and development

• Proficient with Microsoft UI frameworks and design patterns on
ASP.net such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, Mobile.Net, Rich internet Applications

• Knowledge of latest .NET 4.0 features – Code Contracts, Dynamic
Language Runtime, Covariance/Contravariance, Tuples and Managed
Extensibility Framework (MEF)

• Experience with object-to-relational mapping tools such as Entity
Framework and Spring.Net or StructureMap for loC patterns

• Strong SQL Server 2008 experience. Design databases utilizing
appropriate relational design techniques and levels of normalization for
optimal flexibility, performance and scalability

• Strong advocate of disciplined software development, including
configuration management using TFS, ALM, and Agile methodology.

• Strong understanding of ASP.NET web application security and
authentication providers.

• Experience with third-party productivity tools such as Telerik.
