*Title: Support Engineer OMS Manhattan*

*Position: Contract 3 Months*

*Location: Columbus , OH*

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

MUST HAVE ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE

•          Own and help develop operationally efficient Support process for
the Manhattan OMS and OMNI CHANNEL system.

•          Assist peers and develop team members to develop a strong
support team

•          Participate 24X7 support operations

•          Lead Incidents management, Change management and problem solving
for operations function.

•          Protect and ensure the stability of the production systems, and
maintain the integrity of the environments.

•          Assist in determining the impact of production issues and
provide input into their resolution via root cause analysis, data
extraction and quantification.

•          Help Stream line the Support model for the team and come up with
ideas how we serve our brands better.

•          Help Develop comprehensive monitoring solution not limiting to
OMS but making sure the entire end to end eco system is adequately
monitored.

•          Proactively bring ideas to leadership to reduce P1 and P2
incidents and work with release management team to make sure they are
prioritized.

•          Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with
minimum over sight.

•          Provide technical expertise in establishing support processes
and best practices specifically for OMS/OCF Manhattan platform and also in
the ecommerce larger eco system that includes ATG, 3rd party systems (Ex.
Cyber Source, AVS, Vertex, Responses, SVS etc.) and legacy systems (Ex.
Supply Chain, RMS, Sales Audit etc.).

•          Build and maintain a knowledge base for support technical
expertise that can be operationalized for ongoing support activities.

•          Work with Platform Engineering and release team to automate
support incidents to reduce costs, risks and time to production.

Core Skill Sets

•          At least 3-5 years’ experience in Manhattan OMS as
technical/support lead. Or equivalent with Sterling OMS

•          At least 5 years’ experience in OMS and OMNI CHANNEL Space.

•          At least 5-7 years’ experience in major retail industry.

•          Hands on Experience with Manhattan OMS Suite configurations, or
Sterling configurations

•          Hands on Experience in Linux, Oracle database and Middleware
technologies

•          Hands on Experience of WebLogic Application Server

•          Hands on Experience with Java and J2EE

•          Hands on Experience processing XML and XSL transformations

•          Hands on Experience with SOAP and/or Restful web services.

•          Hands on Experience with service oriented architecture (SOA)
design and principals

•          Ability to collaborate with other technical team members

•          Ability to work independently with minimal direction on all of
the technologies and provide guidance to team members and also help build a
strong team.

•          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•          Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving
skills within complex enterprise systems

•          Experience working in a shared services environment is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
