Location: Norristown, PA Need TWO (2) Contractors - initial commitment is 6 months but anticipate 18-24 months of work. Below is description – basically need good strong programmer/coders Develops software in Visual C++ and C#. Database design and writing SQL is also part of the job. In addition to design, development, and testing responsibilities, this position will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the rest of the team on improvements in technology, adopting new development tools, and the incorporation of design standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE; For the purpose of communicating among all team members, you will actively participate in the documentation of software requirements, functional design, flowcharts and diagrams. Develop code necessary to complete the assigned project goal(s) in the specified time frame according to departmental standards and guidelines. Perform thorough unit testing throughout the project while partnered with QA Analysts. Maintain project status in the project management system. Support completed software throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and in production. QUALIFICATIONS; To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In addition, the requirements listed above and below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required for the position. EDUCATION; BS/BA required. EXPERIENCE - 2-4 years of Windows Application development required using Visual C++, C#, and SQL Server - Experiences with the following is not required but is beneficial Health Care industry Agile Development and Scrum WRITTEN/VERBAL SKILLS ` Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
