• Experience in configuration and use of Microsoft System Center
Configuration Manager, Symantec Endpoint Suite, and mobile device
management solutions
• Skill in deploying and administering Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Skill in enterprise deployment solutions for desktop operating systems
• Skill in the removal of malware and recovery of system data • Skill in
the administering of Windows scripting techniques
• Ability to process information logically and solve problems
• Ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
• Ability to develop and conduct classroom computer based training related
to distributed systems components
