Hi,
I run something similar, Slackware with the qmailqueue env variable
instead of install-wrap.

My biggest problem with it all was getting all the permissions right.
If the permissions are not correct then it won't run.

This includes running clamd as the same user as qscanq. Make sure the
user in clamav.conf is correct and that your softlimit is big enough.

If all that doesn't help, try using recordio to capture all the output
so you can see why qscanq is exiting prematurely.

Regards,
Rick

How do you think Outlook implements "Rich Text"? By attaching a rich
text format file?

[Clamav-users] Clamav and Qscanq

2004-06-07 Thread galactic
Title: Clamav and Qscanq

I need some help configuring the two applications. Anyone have a better write up on this? I’ve got Clamav installed and working very nicely but when I issue the install-wrap command, email doesn’t function, take it off with install-unwrap mail flows. What piece of this puzzle am I missing?

Thanks
