rpm packages for RH Enterprise or Advanced versions are done by Eduardo 
Kaftanski,
if I remember correctly. Look at the mailing list archive for more details.

I have clamav (clamd and clamav-milter) running on 
an RHEL box installed from source.  I didn't have any troubles compiling or 
anything on the RHEL box.
