We've had a software product in congress for a while now. The version there isn't clojure, but we've had a number of talks about integrating our newer versions that do contain heavy amounts of clojure. We recently did a complete rewrite of cosponsor.gov (which we had previously written in ruby/js) in clojure for a congressman. It's down at the moment due to changes in the political climate (the guy who paid for it is now out of office). I'm not as familiar with the intricacies of the process as our other developer who worked on the original project. These are the specific objections- BTW we are using clojure as part of Server side code for website... 1. "This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York". Not acceptable: The federal government cannot agree to be bound by state law. 2. "Each party waives its rights to a jury trial in any resulting litigation". Not acceptable: Only DOJ can control litigation.
