[clutter] Clutter-helix
All, I am not able to compile clutter-helix. It needs hxmediasync package that I am missing. Anyone know where I can find the missing package. I don't really need to compile it, I just need the libclutter-helix-0.8 package. Let me know if any of you know how to get me over this hurdle. John

Hi, I haven't tried either, but for using flash content (not embedded in a website) in clutter it should be possible to render from Swfdec to a ClutterCairo context. You can find here http://bugzilla.openedhand.com/show_bug.cgi?id=887 a patch to add a python binding to clutter-webkit. We used that patch to integrate webkit in our application. This should be adaptable to clutter 0.8 without too much difficulties. You may need to extend the binding to suit your needs too.
