[cmake-developers] generator expression in install RENAME

Hi there,

Generator expressions are allowed in the FILES/PROGRAMS and DESTINATION
part of an install command.

Would that be possible to enable generator expression in the RENAME part as
well?

The use-case is for the TARGET_FILE_BASE_NAME expression.
